Shipping policy

We want you to love what you wear and get it fast. Some pieces are worth waiting for.All orders shipped from our boutique in Valley Stream, New York.

1. Order Processing Time

We process and pack orders Tuesday through Friday.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends ship Tuesday morning.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items 

Many of our jewelry pieces, select clothing items, and belts are handcrafted in our studio. Each piece is made with love just for you.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days before shipping.
  • Product pages will indicate if an item is made to order.
  • We’ll email you when your peace is finished and on the way to you.

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves, Klutch Kloset.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We ship via USPS and UPS Ground for reliable delivery.

Order total:

  • $75 and up= Free shipping
  • $0- 75= $10 flat rate

For handmade items add 5 to 10 business days to the delivery estimate above.

Example: handmade earrings with free shipping 🟰 7 to 5 business days total.

Want it faster?

  • USPS Priority Mail: $15-$22 delivered in 1 to 3 business days after processing.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $25 delivered two business days after processing.

3. Mixed Cart Orders

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and handmade items, we will ship everything together once the handmade item is complete.

Need your ready-to-ship item sooner? Reply to your order confirmation email, and we’ll split the shipment at no additional cost.

4. Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • We do not ship to PO Box for UPS orders
  • USPS ships to PO boxes just fine.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email and text for handmade items you’ll get a “your piece is finished” email before tracking goes out.

6. Local Pickup = Free

Valley Stream select Local Pickup at checkout and skip shipping.

We’ll email you when your order is ready.

Note: handmade items still need 5 to 10 business days before pick up.

7. Delays & Shipping Issues

Handmade means human if we’re running behind will email you personally. If a carrier loses your package call us at: (917) 324-9993, we will remake it for you with no hassle.
